General Evaluator

The General Evaluator evaluates the roles that haven't been evaluated previously. In other words, your evaluation should cover the following roles:

1. Sergeant-at-Arms introducing the meeting
2. President's introduction
3. Chairman
4. Table Topics Master (don't evaluate the speakers)
5. Toastmaster
6. Speech Evaluators
7. Timer's Report
8. Listener Grammarian's report

You don't need to go into a lot of detail or repeat what the speech evaluators said as this wastes time. Your role is to educate everyone on what things were done well and to give points for improvement for all the roles.

Above all, aim to be encouraging and conclude the meeting on a positive note.
