Start your assignment preparation several days before the meeting by making telephone or email contact according to the phone chain:

VPE calls Chairperson. Chairperson calls Tabletopics Master, Laughmaster, General Evaluator and Toastmaster. Tabletopics Master calls Tabletopics evaluator (if applicable). Laughmaster calls Timer. General Evaluator calls Listener/Grammarian. Toastmaster calls Speakers. Speaker calls their Evaluator.
