Club Mailing List Our club uses a mailing list for distributing agendas (in Microsoft Word format) and passing messages between members. This is a very useful and quick environment for sending apologies for upcoming meetings, or rescheduling assignments. In order to use this facility, please send email to our club to subscribe to this list. Once you have been subscribed, you can send messages to one of two addresses: - Your message will be received by all members of the club. - Your messages will be received by the executive committee of the club (President, VP Education, VP Membership, Treasurer, Secretary, Sergeant-at-Arms and webmaster). You must send the email using the email address registered on the list. Please ask the webmaster if you would like more than one email address subscribed to the list. |
